Kanye West: Not One to Help the Needy

He’s a huge enthusiast when it comes to style, and Kanye West was spotted making the most of his time at London Fashion Week yesterday (February 21).

The “N***as in Paris” rapper strolled around outside the Somerset House in between runway shows, sporting a white top, white jacket, and jeans.

In business news, Kanye’s charity spent $572,383 in 2010, but reported a whopping $0 in charitable contributions, program activities and initiatives.

A former IRS source told FOX News, “The IRS would be very interested in those expenses. Sounds like they had a kind of a sloppy back office.”

Ashley Hebert on Courtney Robertson: Can’t Figure Out That Wedding Vow Thief!

Former Bachelorette star Ashley Hebert, who famously rejected Ben Flajnik, is trying to give Courtney Robertson the benefit of the doubt. She really is.

But while Ash admits she didn’t find Court as despicable as usual on this week’s episode of The Bachelor, she’s totally calling her out for one thing:

Ripping off her so-called heartfelt vows from Sex and the City!

Courtney Robertson Hometown Date

“First of all, I do have to say that Courtney’s ceremony was a little bit of a rip-off idea – because we did that on my season, with William,” recalls Hebert.

“And she blatantly stole her vows from Sex and the City!”

In their faux wedding, Courtney memorably told Ben, “I am looking for love. Real love. Passionate, consuming, can’t-live-without-each-other love.”

Sarah Jessica Parker said, “I am someone who is looking for love. Real love. Ridiculous, inconvenient, consuming, can’t-live-without-each-other love.”

Remember? To Mikhail Baryshnikov, from the series finale? When Carrie breaks it off with the Russian? Right before Big tracks her down in Paris?

Anyway, Ashley Hebert is like the rest of us – flummoxed by Courtney.

“There are some people I can read really well, but I can’t figure her out,” Hebert continued. “I’m trying to give her the benefit of the doubt!”

“But I’m trying to figure out if she’s just trying to find a sweet way to tell him that she loves him, or if she’s just trying to move on to the next round.”

“Is this forced? Is this real? I’m having a really hard time figuring it out.”

Ashley and J.P.

You and us both, Ash. But Hebert, who turned down Ben’s proposal in preparation to accept J.P. Rosenbaum’s (they are still engaged), thinks it’s working.

“You can see it in his face, ‘This is it.’ And he believes her,” she says. “If I were the other girls and I was watching this back, I would be so upset.”

“He pretty much married Courtney, pretty much had sex with her when they went skinny-dipping. You know, it’s like, what a rip-off for the other girls.”

“Especially if he doesn’t end up with Courtney!”

For those fans who are shocked that he’s not going to end up with Kacie Boguskie, who was let go this week, Hebert says that she realized something.

“I think Ben sees Kacie as a friend, not a lover,” she says. “I wish she had acted more like a woman, instead of a little girl, with the batons and the band.”

And as for Kacie’s question – “What the f–k happened?!” – Hebert says simply that “Courtney happened. After knowing Ben. I think he will choose Courtney.”

Elizabeth Smart and Matthew Gilmour: Married!

Elizabeth Smart is a married woman.

“To be in one of her favorite places with her family made for a dream wedding. It’s been an absolutely beautiful day,” her spokesman, Chris Thomas, said of her wedding to Matthew Gilmour. “She is positively radiant. And Matthew couldn’t be happier.”

Congratulations to the newlyweds!

Elizabeth Smart Image

Smart, 24, exchanged vows with Gilmour, 22, in a private ceremony on Saturday afternoon in Hawaii. The couple had been dating for about one year.

The happy couple will go on their honeymoon at an undisclosed location before returning to Salt Lake City, Utah, to begin their married life together.

Smart, who was kidnapped? in 2002 at age 14, only to be found nine moths later, had planned a summer wedding with Gilmour, of Aberdeen, Scotland.

They’d met in Paris, France, when both were doing Mormon mission work, and announced their engagement last month … and then plans changed.

With media attention keenly focused on the couple, they moved the wedding from a summer date to a secret destination wedding attended only by family.

Buzzed Robert Pattinson Brings "Bel Ami" to Berlin

He’s set to debut his new film later in the evening, but Robert Pattinson got the day started with a “Bel Ami” photocall session in Berlin, Germany on Friday (February 17).

The freshly buzzed “Twilight” actor took to the Grand Hyatt alongside Christina Ricci and Holliday Grainger as the trio tended to press duties as part of the 62nd Berlin International Film Festival.

Directed by Declan Donnellan and Nick Ormerod while also starring Uma Thurman, “Bel Ami” is “a chronicle of a young man’s rise to power in Paris via his manipulation of the city’s most influential and wealthy women.”

With the motion picture due out in the States on March 2nd, Pattinson was recently asked if her had fun playing a ladies’ man rather than a celibate.

To this, the 25-year-old English heartthrob replied, “Completely. I thought it was funny as well—Twilight having quite a bit of a female audience—to play a guy who basically screws women out of money. I like the fact that you never hear of a movie where the bad guy stabs every single person in the back and then wins.”

Vanessa Hudgens’ Valentine’s Day Shopping Spree

Shopping the holiday away in the City of Lights, Vanessa Hudgens spent part of her Valentine’s Day (February 14) at a Chanel boutique in Paris, France.

Looking chic in a black cardigan, ruffle-laden top, white trousers and platform booties, the “Journey 2″ actress quickly made her exit out of the store while toting her pricey new purchase by the nearby paps.

Meanwhile, Ms. Hudgens recently dished about a much less glamorous time in her life, recalling her two week long stay at a homeless shelter to prep for a movie role.

“For ‘Gimme Shelter,’ my character ends up at this pregnant, homeless teen shelter that’s actually ran in New Jersey by a woman and I actually went and stayed in the shelter for two weeks before I started filming, so I mean like, I lived there with all the girls, with all the kids, so I think that it’s really interesting because you find so much more about yourself,” Vanessa told Rachel Ray in an interview.

The 23-year-old star also dished about cropping her coif for the role, telling Ray, “I actually cut my own hair for this movie, I did that to myself, yes I did.”

Vanessa Hudgens Visits "LIVE! with Kelly"

Making another stop on her media blitz, Vanessa Hudgens was one of the guests appearing on this morning’s (February 8) episode of “LIVE! with Kelly” in New York City.

The 23-year-old actress joined Miss Ripa to promote her upcoming film “Journey 2: The Mysterioous Island” – which hits theaters this Friday, February 10th.

Daniel Radcliffe Premieres "The Woman In Black" in Paris

Taking to Europe as he continues to promote his latest movie, Daniel Radcliffe grabbed up the spotlight at the Paris premiere of “The Woman In Black” on Tuesday night (February 7).

The 22-year-old looked snazzy in a grey suit with a yellow tie as he boosted interest in the James Watkins directed horror/thriller ahead of its French release date of March 14th.

The appearance comes as Radcliffe recently voiced his disappointment over “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2″ receiving only three technical nominations for the Academy Awards.

Venting over the snub to Radio Times, Daniel said, “I don’t think the Oscars like commercial films, or kids’ films, unless they’re directed by Martin Scorsese. I was watching Hugo the other day and going, ‘Why is this nominated and we’re not?’ I was slightly miffed.”

He added, “There’s a certain amount of snobbery. It’s kind of disheartening. I never thought I’d care. But it would’ve been nice to have some recognition, just for the hours put in.”
